Hello, Your child has attempted to create a Pokémon Trainer Club account at Pokemon.com. To protect the safety and privacy of your child's online activities, we ask that a parent or guardian authorize creation of the account. Until you create an account for your child, the contact information gathered from your child is used only to contact you about your child's request. As your child's parent or guardian, you must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account so you can manage the privacy settings of your child's account. If you create your child's account, you will have the option to consent for your child to receive email and messages with promotional information about new products and features, special offers, contests and sweepstakes, and other interesting information concerning new products, events, and other updates about Pokémon. Our privacy notice details instructions where you can change your consent at any time. Once you have a Pokémon Trainer Club account, you can create an account for your child. After you do so, your child will be able to access that account on their own. If you already have a Pokémon Trainer Club account, please log in at Pokemon.com, then create your child's account. If you don't have a Pokémon Trainer Club account, please create one at Pokemon.com.

Create Your Own Account

Once you create your child's account, your child will have the choice to: Link an account from one of Pokémon's Services with an account from another service operated by Pokémon or an affiliate of Pokémon; Participate in games, reward programs, contests, sweepstakes, events, or promotions; Send questions or correspond with us by email or customer support portal about Services or your child's participation in organized events; Participate in polls, surveys, or questionnaires; Use the Email-a-Friend feature and participate in "canned chat" where select words from a list prepared by Pokémon are used to send messages to other users; and Enable push notifications (that can be turned on or off by modifying the settings within the applicable Service, or within your device's settings). Please be advised that some Services enable your child to publicly disclose personal information and/or communicate with other users. If you take no action on this request, or if you do not want to sign yourself or your child up for a Pokémon Trainer Club account, we will delete contact information provided by your child within 14 days of this notice.
